I thought I would share a little from the last day of 2010. As I was going through my e-mails yesterday, I came across an email from Americas Test Kitchen. It was serendipitous that there was an article "Menu: An Elegant New Year's Eve for Two". So I went to the store and picked up the few items I needed for... Arugula Salad with Walnut Vinaigrette (I omitted everything walnut, substituted pecans, and added a little goat cheese), Pan-Seared Steak with Red Wine Pan Sauce, Boiled Potatoes with Butter, (I added John's Favorite... corn), and Creme Brulee. It was all YUMMY in the TUMMY!
